Shipping
Shipping costs are determined by shipping route (origin → destination) + carrier rates + fuel prices. Products may be shipped from multiple locations via different carriers. Carrier rates change weekly due to fluctuating fuel prices. Omnis will contact you with exact shipping costs within 24 hours after your order is placed. Terms and Conditions
Lead Times are estimated and are subject to change. Delays by the Buyer in providing required information or information in the correct format to the Seller may have direct and indirect impact on estimated lead times of services or delivery of products.
Quoting and Pricing
- This quote is based on information supplied to Omnis (Seller) at the time of quoting. Final pricing will be dependent on actual purchased materials and quantities, which are likely to change.
- Pricing does not include any on-site labor.
- Pricing does not include sales, state, or local taxes. Seller is a wholesaler of building materials and maintains a file of resale certificates. Seller will request a copy of Buyer’s resale certificate with the first invoice. If the Buyer does not provide one, Buyer will be responsible for the payment of all sales, state, and local taxes.
- Pricing does not include any accessories unless specifically quoted.
- Signing of the Quote alone does not constitute a price lock. Payment must also be received and buyer/seller must arrange for delivery within 30 days. If other arrangements need to be made please work with your Omnis Sales Professional or Project Manager.
Ordering
- Final quantities for official ordering are the responsibility of the Buyer.
- All field dimensions and take-offs, if applicable, are to be executed by the Buyer.
- Buyer will confirm if extra material has been allowed for in the Bill of Materials. Any additional material required will be quoted based upon order size and availability, at the current market price.
Freight
- Freight costs are an estimate only and freight will be charged at market rate at time of shipping.
- Delivery may be on a flatbed truck, Buyer is responsible for unloading the truck and having the equipment to do so available on-site the day of delivery. Canceled or rescheduled deliveries without sufficient notice may incur a rescheduling fee.
Payment Information
- An ACH, wire transfer, credit card (a 3.25% processing fee applies), and company check are acceptable forms of payment.
