K-Form K85 PVC Concrete Formwork System

K-Form K85 is designed for 4″ pours. If the pour is 5″, please add the K25 Riser. If the pour is 6″ or more, please purchase K-Form K135.

The K25 Extension Strip is an add-on to K85 and K135 that allows an increase in height of 25mm. Fast and easy clip-on design.
